General Inquiries
Find answers to common questions about our home-based Neurological Physiotherapy services.
Where do we service?
We provide home-based Neurological Physiotherapy services in Lithgow, Bathurst, Orange and the Central West NSW. We also provide Telehealth services to patients Australia-wide.
What kinds of patients do we work with?
Our bread and butter are neurological conditions. This includes (but is not exclusive to) stroke, acquired brain injury (ABI), spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease, neurological degenerative diseases, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy and vestibular patients at any stage of their condition.
How often do I get seen?
We offer our home-based neurological physiotherapy service as much or as little as needed for you, your condition and your goals. This requires deeper assessments and goal-setting to refine as everyone is different.
Do you work with NDIS packages?
Yes, most of our clients are NDIS participants. We are able to work with both self-managed and plan-managed individuals.
We also work with individuals with alternate funding including; private health insurance, Medicare Chronic Disease Management Programs and some Commonwealth Home Support Programmes
Do I need a Doctor to refer me?
No, we do not require any formal referral for our Neurological Physiotherapy services. Most of our clients refer themselves or are referred by other health professions or NDIS support co-ordinators.
How often should I see a physio at Restore Neuro Rehab?
We work with each client to create an individualised program working towards their goals. This means that the frequency of the sessions is different on a case by case basis. Your physio will work closely with you to come up with a management plan that’s right for you.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the type and length of service, as each person's needs and goals are unique. We don’t offer a one-size-fits-all rate, so we recommend reaching out for a personalised quote or to discuss how your NDIS funding can be used. We're happy to chat and find the best option for you.
